Sales Representative
Visionaire Windows is growing, and we are looking for an in-home sales professional to run company-provided leads in the residential window and door replacement field. We provide qualified, high-quality leads (customers contact us for appointments). Very relaxed and laid-back work environment. No high-pressure sales. One weekly sales meeting. Very few evening and weekend appointments.
***You must also be comfortable with a salary-based training period and then 100% commission-based income once up on your feet.***
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services based on customer’s wants and needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to run evening and some Saturday appointments
- Attend and participate in company sales training and meetings
Skills
- Construction and/or in-home sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of Google Apps for Work
- CRM experience is a plus
- Highly motivated
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills
- Strong ethics and high integrity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year plus bonuses
