Beautiful Entry door and Windows in Woodstock

Challenge

This job included installing all new GreatLakes windows, a custom GreatLakes Sliding Patio door, and a ProVia Entry Door. The windows presented the challenge of a lot of rotted wood trim on the front of the house. The biggest challenge was the wall that the Entry door was isntalled in. The builder built the wall over 2 inches out of plumb from the floor going up to the ceiling. The current door had large gaps because of this and someone had filled them with a lot of caulking so that water did not get in. As you can imagine this did not look good at all.

Solution

Tim and Darren spent a lot of time before the job started trying to figure out the best way to install the door that would eliminate the large gaps that existed on the original door. They were able to make some custom trim to allow the door to be installed properly without large gaps. The customer was ecstatic with the results and the door turned out beautiful. Tim, Darren, and Cameron did an amazing job on the installation of both doors and the windows. Our ability to do what most people won’t or can’t is establishing us as one of the premier window and door companies in Atlanta.
